OA Soccer Camps (OASC)

OA Soccer Camps (OASC) is OA’s first major initiative that is focused in its own backyard. OASC is a free-of-charge soccer camp for girls and boys from all backgrounds and all levels of soccer experience.

OASC is designed not only to provide youth with an opportunity to learn and play the beautiful game but also to create leadership opportunities for young leaders in our community — coaching, planning, organizing, etc.

OASC creates an environment for local youth to interact with one another, while being physically active and receiving positive mentorship from young, enthusiastic leaders in our community. Similarly, these leaders are given the opportunity to learn new and develop existing leadership skills.

OASC also provides an excellent opportunity for local businesses to directly contribute to the future of their community by enhancing the development opportunities of the camps’ participants and volunteers. The interactions that OASC fosters are the bonds through which our community’s social fabric is woven stronger.

OA will host at least one week-long soccer camp, each summer; however, we are hoping to provide additional soccer events on weekends, holidays, and evenings, throughout the year. The frequency of such sessions is dependent upon sponsorship and volunteer support. Therefore, we encourage anyone that is inspired by OASC to contact us and get hands-on for a worthwhile cause.
