There are many ways for you to be a part of OA’s work in supporting war-affected youth. Here are a few examples of how to get involved, in order of easiest to hardest.

1. Send around the OA website to your friends via Twitter or Facebook.
2. Join our Facebook Group or become a fan of OA on Facebook, and keep in the loop with all of the happenings.
3. Watch our online video journals, from northern Uganda, and send us your feedback. Click here for our YouTube channel.
4. Donate $2 or more, directly to our soccer-based peacebuilding framework in northern Uganda. *$2 plants a tree at rehabilitated soccer field, $20 buys a local soccer ball, $200 buys a basic equipment package for team in a Soccer League for Peace, $1000 installs locally made goal posts, etc. (email us for other tangible amounts)*
5. Host a soccer game or tournament in your community as part of our Play Soccer So They Can community, bringing people together to play soccer so that war affected youth can as well.
6. Buy a 1 for 1 t-shirt. For each shirt sold, a ball is purchased from a local retailer and provided to a soccer-based peacebuilding program in Gulu (and soon, Amuru) District, Uganda.*
