Hi,
My name is Jen Miller and I’m from London Ontario. Last summer, I left Canada for the first time, got on my first airplane and flew to Kenya where I was to spend the next 8 weeks of my life. It changed my life.
I plan to return to Africa for 4 months, beginning in May 2008. I will spend May, June and July volunteering at the same school in the slums where I spent my time this summer, but i August I’d like to try something new. I’ve been looking into different ways to visit Rwanda, and although I really want to see gorilla’s, a month long safari is not what I’m after. Please let me know if there is anyway I can recieve information on volunteering in Rwanda in August 2008 (if it’s possible)
Take care and good luck, I look forward to hearing from you.

Wow, I stumbled on your website via facebook, just wanted to give you some kudos for the amazing work you are doing! I’m currently doing a masters in community economic development, and if you guys don’t mind, would like to do a case study on your project (or, more broadly, in using sport for community development) at some point for my class.

Again, I’m really really impressed, what an amazing thing you guys have done!

Cheers, Colleen

Hey there- just stumbled across your blog this morning while doing some research. i am working to do a project on something that i have been trying to put together in my mind for a while (and what it looks like) and my idea was building soccer fields and running camps for children in coutries that do not have the resources…..and then in researching how to get started, saw what you guys were doing. crazy. anyways, i would LOVE to hear more about your actions in developing your program or what partnerships you do? I would love to put together a team and am willing to do whatever it takes. basically, youth is what i’m about and soccer is worship, the universal language too:) Just to talk to you guys via email to pick your brains would be awesome and GREATLY APPRECIATED, we obviously have similar passions. ABSOULTELY AWESOME what you are doing!

thanks!
