LUSH supports OA’s pilot project in Northern Uganda.

Some of you may already have heard through our Facebook group, but we are very excited to announce that LUSH Cosmetics has committed to significantly supporting our upcoming pilot project in Gulu, Uganda (April 26th to June 4th). Through their Charity Pot program, they are contributing to the project in a way that we have yet to receive from any previous partner.

LUSH sells a Charity Pot, which is a great hand and body lotion made from Fair Trade cocoa butter, where every penny is donated to a grassroots project (like ours!). For more info about the Charity Pot and the other projects they support, check out their site.
Everyone in OA and the Youth Coalition for Peace (our local partner group in Gulu) is very excited about this partnership with LUSH and we can’t wait to share with everyone the amazing stories and development that will come from this pilot project
