Tom Williams, GiveMeaning.com

Tom Williams is the founder and CEO of GiveMeaning.com, an online fundraising website that has helped more than 1200 projects raise over $2m in small donations. Since starting his career at Apple Computer at 15, where he helped pioneer the online music industry, Tom has built, advised, and consulted for a number of technology and media companies, ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar enterprises.

A frequent speaker to schools, community groups, and corporations, Tom’s message is of the ‘Power of Plenty’: lots of people making their own small contribution — when pooled together — can make massive change.

Tom volunteers his time to OA, because he “believes that OA has the opportunity to become the leader in inspired social media, using the mediums which young people subscribe to to broadcast messages which inspire young people to do their part in positive social change.”
